Among Ziv’s early career achievements, the Tel Aviv Towers stand as one of Israel’s signature residential developments at the time. As project manager for S.A.P. Ltd. The general contractor of the project, he oversaw key construction and engineering elements of the four-35 floors towers complex, which includes residential, retail, and recreational components and spans over 2.5 million SF. The project’s scale and sophistication helped establish his foundation in large-scale urban development.
