Noam Ziv has led transformative projects that span residential, hospitality, retail, and office sectors across the United States and Israel. As Principal of The RED-C Group and Partner & CEO of 280 E Palmetto Park Road, LLC, the developer behind Glass House Boca Raton, he is recognized for overseeing complex developments from concept to completion.

Noam’s career includes executive leadership roles that shaped some of South Florida’s most notable luxury communities. As CEO of El-Ad National Properties, he spearheaded the award-winning ALINA Residences Boca Raton and created The District in Davie. Before that, as CEO of IDB Group USA in Las Vegas, he oversaw Tivoli Village, a premier mixed-use shopping and dining destination, and One Queensridge Place, a pair of 18-story luxury residential towers. Earlier in his career, he served in senior development and operations roles at Ispro Ltd. in Tel Aviv and managed large-scale projects such as Tel Aviv Towers through S.A.P Ltd.

Noam earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from the NYU Polytechnic School of Engineering in New York.
